1. Overview
At P B Agency, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital marketing services, including Local SEO, PPC Management, Email Marketing, Social Media Marketing, and other related services.
Due to the nature of digital services, all payments are subject to the refund terms outlined below.
2. No Refund Policy (For Service-Based Work)
All payments made for digital marketing services are non-refundable once:
- The project has started
- Work has been initiated
- Strategy planning or research has begun
- Ad campaigns have been launched
- SEO work has been executed
Digital marketing involves time, strategy, research, and resource allocation. Therefore, we do not offer refunds after work commencement.
3. Refund Eligibility (If Applicable)
Refunds may only be considered under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate payment
- Payment made by mistake
- Service not started within agreed timeline due to our fault
If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
4. PPC & Advertising Budget
For PPC or paid advertising services:
- Management fees are non-refundable.
- Ad spend paid directly to platforms (Google, Meta, etc.) is governed by their own refund policies.
- We are not responsible for refunds of ad budgets once campaigns are live.
5. Monthly Retainer Services
For monthly SEO or marketing retainers:
- Cancellation must be requested at least 7 days before next billing cycle.
- No partial refunds for ongoing monthly services.
6. Custom Projects
For website development, branding, or custom marketing projects:
- 50% advance payment is non-refundable.
- Remaining balance may be adjusted depending on project completion stage.
7. Chargebacks
Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks without first contacting us to resolve the issue.
Unresolved chargebacks may result in:
- Immediate termination of services
- Legal action if necessary
